ORIZU' è l'unione letterale del mio nome di battesimo ORIETTA e del diminutivo datomi sin dai tempi della scuola ZU'. 

Dopo oltre vent'anni di esperienza settore turistico-alberghiero iniziai la mia prima attività  di  ristoratrice  nell'incantevole Valle d'Itria ove decisi di far gustare gli antichi sapori della tipica cucina pugliese associati ad eventi musicali ed intrattenimenti di vario genere (cabaret, live music, djset, karaoke).

Lo start-up ebbe inizio in coincidenza della notte romantica del 25 Giugno 2016.

ORIZU ' is the literal union of my baptismal name and the diminutive given to me since the time of the ZU ' School.

After more than twenty years of experience in the tourist-hotel sector I started my first activity as a restaurateur in the enchanting Itria valley where I decided to enjoy the ancient flavors of typical Apulian cuisine associated with musical events and entertainment of various kinds (cabaret, live music, Djset, karaoke).

The start-up began coinciding with the romantic night of June 25, 2016.
